You have been redirected to RTX’s career page as we have recently transitioned from RTX to become a standalone company, which provides us with greater autonomy and opportunities for growth. As a prospective employee of Nightwing, you’ll have the chance to contribute to our continued success and shape the future of our cybersecurity, intelligence, and services offerings.

Nightwing is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. Nightwing is seeking an Agile Coach which will act as a servant leader, drive relentless improvements and challenge their Agile Teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Exhibit the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset. Help the team embrace Lean-Agile Values, adopt and apply Lean-Agile Principles, and implement Lean-Agile practices

• Drives the journey towards high-performing teams and ARTs through transparency, team empowerment and continuous learning in order to promote Business Value delivery

• Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the ART, working with RTEs to facilitate ART level events (including I&A, SoS) in helping to manage risks and dependencies—escalating impediments as needed

• Deliver SAFe course enablement trainings to teach and inspire others, allowing participants to seek further education, guidance and/or obtain certifications of their own

• Produce and present ART level metrics to help the ARTs improve and take responsibility for their actions; teach problem-solving techniques and support the Scrum Masters/Team Coaches to encourage learning among their own Agile Teams

• Facilitate PI Planning readiness, work with RTEs to organize and conduct the PI Planning event in conjunction with Product Management, Architects, Epic Owners, and Business Owners

• Help the Product Management to build foundational knowledge and support their efforts to manage and prioritize the ART Feature Backlog, generate a Vision, and build Roadmaps

• Define and document the ART’s development value stream. Coach ART members on understanding their value stream, measure the flow and relentlessly improve on the ART’s value flow
