Responsibilities/Duties

  • Research new opportunities in the US and Canada, analyzing the overall crypto market in the region and assisting with initial outreach.
  • Understand Figment’s business, reviewing leads and qualifying potential opportunities to curate prospects and build qualified leads into the sales funnel.
  • Drive business growth and sell Figment’s staking services across all networks.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets including growing number of new customers by vertical, assets staked & revenue earned.
  • Assist with relationship management, provide onboarding, account management and support for customers post sale, throughout the implementation and staking lifecycle.
  • Build and improve sales collateral to support pitches.
  • Assist with inbound customer requests, track and help resolve customer pain points and queries.
  • Drive customer satisfaction practices to increase retention and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization, working closely with product development, sales and support teams, and share trends and feedback.
