About this Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ERP Account Manager with a strong focus on Acumatica to join our Next Generation ERP team. This role is exclusively focused on cultivating and growing relationships within our Acumatica client base.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to their business.
- Address immediate client needs, manage order and quote administration, and ensure seamless follow-up for client fulfillment. Collaborate with the Engineering team to deliver optimal support.
- Schedule appointments with clients to assess their product and service needs, identifying new business opportunities.
- Participate in planning, promoting, and executing marketing initiatives, including webinars, seminars, and other client events.
- Oversee the sales cycle for product and service opportunities, ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to close within the existing client base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and opportunity details in the CRM system.
- Regularly update pipeline and forecasting data, along with client contact information and account statuses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or equivalent professional training.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Demonstrated success in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in ERP software sales and services, with a focus on Acumatica.
- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach to client engagement.

Salary range: $28.85-$43.27 hourly
This position is also eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
