Account Manager - US IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Must bring own clients (MSP, VMS, or implementation partners) to be considered for an interview and will work exclusively with their clients even after joining. Build and maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries, and manage recruitment processes.
• Account Expansion: Identify growth opportunities, secure new business, and drive revenue within existing accounts.
• Operational Management: Ensure compliance with client requirements, and industry standards, and optimize staffing strategies for MSP and VMS clients.
• Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics and regularly update stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, BCA, or related field).
• 5+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing account management.
• Strong network with MSPs, VMS clients, or implementation partners.
• Expertise in recruitment processes and proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal, JobDiva).
• Excellent communication, multitasking skills, and results-driven mindset.
