Account Manager

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Account Manager for our Anord Mardix team. This role can be based in the Southeast or Central US Regions. This role will report to our Sr Director of Sales. In this role, you will be In charge of the direct management of our Power services to targeted accounts within Data Center space.
What a typical day looks like:
- Deliver growth within existing accounts (Portfolio of 3-5+)
- Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at the executive level, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
- Work cross functionally to lead commercial negotiations and manage client pricing changes, including the recovery of labor indexing and other inflationary costs.
- Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing cost of production (COP) and drive site focus on efficiency programs.
- Facilitate information flow and develop growth opportunities through pan-Flex contributions.
- Manage contract renewals, changes, and maintenance to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Uphold delivery of customer satisfaction and maintain high Viewpoint scoring across all sites.
- Enhance communication and drive best practices across multiple sites.
- Ensure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and track business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business.
The experience we are looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.
- Experience being a point of contact on large key business accounts.
- Experience working within Data Center Accounts.
- Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Manufacturing related business.
- Demonstrates detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas.
Some of our preferred experiences:
- Experience selling or managing accounts in Datacenter, Low Voltage Power, or Power Distribution space or from Electronic Manufacturing Services business.
