Armed with a full solution suite of innovative software applications & professional services, you will help our customers mitigate risks(s), drive revenue through data-driven initiatives and ensure compliance with global Privacy regulations. The successful Account Manager will have the ability to develop and maintain client relationships, assess market opportunities, up-sell/cross-sell solutions within our growing customer base.

What You Will Do

  • Manage an assigned customer account base, as well as, a set of new customer accounts as the new business Account Executive team acquires them.
  • Account Managers have an outcome-based/consultative methodology while working with customers.
  • Diagnose and fully understand customers’ business needs as you develop multiple relationships across the customers’ organization.
  • A clear understanding of all TrustArc services and business benefits, with in-depth understanding of the TrustArc solutions you are focused on selling.
  • Provide online demos and presentations to prospects/customers.
  • Maintain contact with an assigned list of customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and identifying cross-sell opportunities for TrustArc’s solution portfolio.
  • Responsible for forecasting and activity updates and managing your business in Salesforce.
