Requirements

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric Account Manager to join our team in San Antonio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, preventing churn and driving drink sales. Your performance will be primarily measured by the churn rate and the volume of drink sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing Enterprise restaurant accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the drink sales for existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Implement measures to reduce churn rate and retain existing accounts.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to support account growth initiatives.
  • Regularly update clients on the latest products and services or advice on menu to increase drink sales.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of account management, marketing, business development or other relevant experience in sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities from data.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary Range:

$75,000 - $85,000 per year

Plus bonus and stock options
