This role is focused on nurturing long-term customer relationships, driving increased Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and serving as a trusted partner to our clients.

As an Account Manager at Arkatechture, you partner with our CSM team to support customers’ engagement with our SaaS platform, Arkalytics. You’ll focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand and grow our relationships. Leveraging your expertise in account management, you’ll work cross-functionally to deliver value, helping customers maximize their use of Arkalytics to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at various customer accounts to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand customer usage of Arkalytics, leading to increased Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Arkalytics.
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and execute account plans for key customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating the value proposition of Arkalytics and guiding customers in their data-driven journey.
  • Partner with CS to monitor customer health and satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and identifying risks before they escalate.
  • Provide regular updates on account performance, opportunities, and risks to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends, particularly within financial services and SaaS, to better support customers and identify opportunities.
  • Travel to customer locations and industry events as needed to build relationships and deepen partnerships.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an account management role, working directly with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a focus on driving increased Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • SaaS experience is required; familiarity with data-driven or business intelligence platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive additional revenue.
  • A collaborative working style with an ability to partner with various internal stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the financial services industry, especially with credit unions or community banks.
  • Experience working with a start-up or scale up.
  • Familiarity with account management tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
  • A growth-mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environments with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get a job done.
