Leopard Solutions, a SurePoint® Company, is a leading provider of legal industry intelligence supporting law firm lateral attorney hiring and strategic growth as well as providing data to allow firms to benchmark themselves against their competitors.  Leopard Solutions includes access to approximately 500,000 law firm and corporate counsel attorneys, with accurate and detailed contact and biographical information, from over 5,500 global law firms and 6,800 US Corporations and has historical information going back almost 20 years.    


Clients of Leopard Solutions include legal search consultants, law firms, law schools, legal service providers and corporate legal departments.


Leopard Solutions is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow existing accounts within a defined territory.    

  

The base salary for this role is $65k. Annual compensation is up to $100k all in with commission and bonus.


New York City preferred but open to remote for the right candidate.  

Requirements

  • Attain cross sale and renewal monthly targets through virtual and in person scheduled appointments. 
  • Demonstrate the use of products to the customer. 
  • Maintain current and accurate records, tracking activity within company’s customer relationship management database. 
  • Regularly check in with clients to better understand client needs and how Leopard Solutions products continues to meet those needs.   
  • Attends sales meetings and industry events as required. 

 Skills & Qualifications  

  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience; Legal industry and/or recruiting preferred. 
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Subscription sales and/or software as a service sales (SAAS) experience.  
  • Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques. 
  • Demonstrates an excellent ability to communicate and present to senior leaders at large professional service organizations and corporations.   
  • Ability to demonstrate SaaS technology products, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to listen and respond effectively, to ensure customer has a complete understanding of the value of Leopard Solutions products. 
  • Effectively manage territory via zoom, phone and/or in person by allocating appropriate time to prioritize the goals and requirements to achieve renewal and cross sale targets.    
  • Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation. 
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.  
  • Consultative sales skills, specifically working with clients to ensure they fully leverage the products and services Leopard Solutions offers. 
  • Strong listening skills and ability to ask probing questions.
