More about the role & team

The Confluence Sales Account Manager is a sales and client relationship professional with 5+ years’ experience working to manage, strengthen and grow SaaS based data and analytics client relationships with leading financial institutions. The NAM Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Head of Account Management to manage a designated group of key client accounts.  The AM will likewise partner with members of the NAM Sales Team to drive new product sales across current client relationships.  It is a great opportunity for you, as a leader, to drive forward our must-have products, developing with us as we evolve through a period of growth.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

You will hold 5 years’ + experience within Financial Services/Fintech organisation, with knowledge and exposure within investment management solutions. We are looking for a skilled Account Manager with exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational abilities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining customers at 'green' status while identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in any untapped areas. 
You must also hold experience selling solutions into Investment Consultants/Advisors.

The ability to network and build relationships with lower, middle, and senior leaders at leading global asset managers, wealth management and insurance providers.    You may have worked as a ‘Account Manager’, ‘Relationship Manager’, 'Account Executive', 'Sales Executive', or 'Sales Specialist'.

Salary Range: $135,000 to $150,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus.
