The Opportunity:
The Account Manager, Enterprise Accounts is responsible for building, managing and nurturing relationships with enterprise accounts to break through and maximize revenue growth, ensure retention, and execute growth opportunities. They are responsible for understanding the client’s short-term and long-term needs to identify opportunities, developing strategic plans for revenue growth of the account, and collaborating with TrueCar cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive value and execute business objectives.
How you’ll contribute to TrueCar’s success:
- Drive TrueCar initiatives within an environment of large and complex enterprises and develop relationships with key field leadership within those accounts to influence.
- Develop progressive growth strategies and successfully overcome challenges and obstacles to execute and achieve growth within assigned enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with major dealers by understanding their business goals and challenges using a proactive outreach approach.
- Act as the primary point of contact between TrueCar and the enterprise, acting as a business partner that influences dealer business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services or products.
- Develop account plans and strategies to meet sales and growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to dealer business needs.
- Ensure dealer satisfaction with TrueCar’s products or services. Address and resolve dealer concerns or issues with a sense of urgency.
