Hi, I’m Kevin! I lead the Account Management team here at Customer.io. We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.

As an Account Manager at Customer.io, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing and growing our existing client relationships. You’ll collaborate with teams across Customer.io to ensure our clients receive top-notch service and support throughout their journey with us.

We want you to bring your expertise and passion for client satisfaction as you help our clients succeed. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact by driving growth and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Some things you'll do:

  • Build Strong Relationships: You’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients, fostering trust and rapport to understand their needs and objectives. Your focus will be on maintaining strong connections that support client growth.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: You’ll identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and contribute to our company goals.
  • Execute Account Plans: You’ll develop and implement strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention, ensuring we’re aligned with our clients' objectives while driving revenue growth.
  • Monitor Account Health: You’ll keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess account health, spotting opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Provide Exceptional Support: You’ll proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive customer experience.
  • Stay Informed: You’ll keep up with industry trends and market developments to identify innovative opportunities and help differentiate our services.

What we're looking for:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or related roles within the SaaS industry.
