This role focuses on fostering relationships between the Marketing department and strategic business units to fulfill ongoing advertising and marketing requirements. The responsibilities include aiding in the development and supervision of campaign materials, conveying campaign results to key stakeholders, and collaborating with various segments of both Marketing and the business to ensure the timely and within-budget execution of assigned campaign projects.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Grasps business unit objectives, products, markets, and success metrics, aligning marketing initiatives accordingly.
  • Drives marketing programs aligned with segment-level strategic goals, overseeing implementation, ongoing management, and performance monitoring.
  • Stays current with evolving methodologies, market trends, insurance industry changes, and technology enhancements, ensuring campaigns remain agile and effective.
  • Monitors and evaluates campaign performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and makes timely adjustments to optimize results.
  • Effectively collaborates with internal and external partners, excelling in communication, creative development, and project management to ensure campaigns meet business needs and are completed on time and within budget.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Over 2 years of experience managing creative accounts or marketing programs in both corporate and agency settings.
  • Possesses business acumen, translating business goals into effective marketing, advertising, and communication strategies.
  • Capable of familiarizing oneself with and comprehending business unit objectives, initiatives, products, markets, distributions, and success metrics.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills, essential for conveying marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Knowledgeable in brand, marketing, and advertising principles across various media, experienced in budget development and expense management, familiar with Microsoft Office applications, and adept at documenting marketing concepts using PowerPoint presentations.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience working in the Marketing space and/or degree in Marketing
  • Proven organization and attention to detail and solid time management skills
  • Ability to work between the marketing department and business partner
