Account Executive
US CA Remote
The Field Sales Account Executive will build and execute field-based sales plans within a defined geographic region and in collaboration with cross-functional customer acquisition teams. This role requires a full-cycle sales approach, including sourcing leads, developing and qualifying prospects, delivering consultative sales demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing new business.
What you'll do:
Own, manage, and drive the full sales process from first contact through close
Perform product demonstrations to interested customers using screen share and videoconferencing technology
Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers
Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the ST Product, the home services industry, competition, market happenings, and trends.
Help potential customers discover unmet needs and how we can deliver extraordinary value
Build a strong, vertical-focused sales pipeline with or without inbound leads
Suggest and create sales materials that will help close business
Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log
What you'll bring:
2+ years experience working in an outside sales role, preferably selling software
Ability to perform consultative sales demonstrations, virtually and in person
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding your sales quota
Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value for complex software
Passion for cultivating, owning, and harvesting your own sales territory
Tenacious work ethic with the desire to be a top performer at ServiceTitan
Willingness to perform Outbound and Inbound sales
Ability to create urgency and close business
Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $84,900 USD - $96,700 USD + commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
