We’re currently searching for a highly motivated, driven and result oriented account executive that will report to the North America & EMEA Sales Director.
The Lumentum ITP account executive is responsible for managing all commercial laser, spectroscopy and x-ray products in North America and is expected to grow Lumentum business by maximizing sales with existing accounts and expanding into new areas through design in / design win and other business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Experience with blue-chip organizations.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to achieve sales targets.
- Proposal Development: Create and present tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Account Management: Oversee day-to-day account activities, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights to clients.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and communicate results to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Lasers, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years with proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-Focused: Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address client challenges and resolve issues quickly.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Capable to operate in a fast-changing environment.
Pay Range:
S91-USA-1 :$102,195.10 - $145,993.00Disclaimer:
Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
