Account Executive - Outbound Sales

NeoWork is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive (Outbound Sales) to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and helping them understand the value of working with our client.

At NeoWork, we are transforming how businesses approach outsourcing by providing innovative solutions and personalized support to our clients. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in outbound sales, who is not afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls, and has a deep understanding of the BPO industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about sales and has exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Educate potential clients on the value of NeoWork's services and solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competitors

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Experience with high end AE selling $5k-$50k ticket size for waste management services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong prospecting and networking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience with CRM software and sales productivity tools
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
