We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive to help us expand our client base and strengthen relationships with our existing customers. This is a permanent, full-time, remote position with a base salary of $65K, OTE $130K.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain current customer relationships utilizing Salesforce.com, Hubspot and other related systems
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and industry research
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Liquid Web
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in a quota bearing role, customer service or account management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or comparable combination of education or relative experience
- A competitive nature and are motivated by achieving success
- Ability to effectively communicate, present and credibly influence key decision makers and internal stakeholders
- Experience in mapping solutions to business needs and objectives
- Proven ability to manage multiple sales cycles at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Salesforce or equivalent experience
- Phone and in-person professional “presence”
- Technology Savvy - Quickly develop a core understanding of hardware platforms, cloud computing and emerging web-hosting/web-application technologies
- Exceptional communication skills across all avenues, verbal, written, presentation, etc.
