Job Description

Location of Job: This position is Remote in the U.S. and must be located in CST, MST or PST time zones.

The market opportunity is huge: eCommerce continues to grow year-over-year at a double-digit rate. And as more people shop online, the need for brands and retailers to understand how they’re positioned in the market is growing with that.

Our technology drives in-depth data collection both in-store and online so that marketing, merchandising, sales and analytics teams are empowered with live data to make better informed decisions around pricing, product assortment and promotional activity. 

Essential Functions 

  • Prospect, cultivate and drive net new business opportunities within assigned territory (75%).
  • QuarterbackLead presentations & sales process for new business opportunities through a sales pipeline
  • Partner with sales development to identify key influencers within target accounts and send highly personalized messages to drive net new meetings.
  • Collaborate with CSM’s to grow existing book of business (clients base) in addition to exceeding new business targets (25%).
  • Effectively navigate strategic customer/prospect conversations to uncover core business challenges.
  • Connect our solutions with prospective customers pain points.
  • Must be comfortable performing product demos via Microsoft Team or similar technology.
  • Communicate our value prop to position against the status quo and competitors.
  • Develop proposals focused on addressing prospective client organizations’ needs at a scale.
  • Identify the right people in order to define timelines and compelling events to drive deals to close.
  • Maintain regular and reliable work attendance.

Travel - Travel is an integral part of this role and will be based on Customer needs and Wiser department and team requirements. 5-10% travel to be expected per year.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in selling software or SaaS solutions experience
  • Background selling to brands and/or retailers a plus
  • Experience in prospecting and personalization strategies to penetrate new accounts
  • Comfortable presenting to C-Level prospects remotely via the phone/video/client facing
  • Experience in Outreach & LeadIQ a plus
  • Certification and belief in consultative sales methodology (Meddic, Force Management, Mastering the complex sale, etc.).
  • Must be able to uncover and quantify customers/prospects complex business challenges  
  • Proactive and organized
  • Results-driven and able to think quickly on your feet
  • Problem solver that isn’t afraid to make the tough ask
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Team player

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Pay is established on an individual basis after considering multiple factors such as relevant experience, education, and other qualifications. In addition, we take into account geographical differentials and make sure pay is equitable with our current staff. For this position, our hiring range for base annual pay is estimated to be USD $90,000 - $115,000 at the time of this posting.

Performance-based discretionary bonuses and variable pay plans are available for some positions. Our benefits package is exceptional and makes up an important part of our total rewards for our employees.
