JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Opportunity...
We are seeking a Services Product Leader to spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Managed Services business. This role will serve as a critical bridge between sales, marketing, and product development, focusing on growing the managed services portfolio through strategic planning, sales enablement, and direct sales support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a unique blend of strategic foresight and operational execution.
What you'll do...
1. Strategic Development:
- Define and execute the future strategy for the Managed Services business, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new service offerings and refine existing ones.
2. Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership:
- Develop compelling GTM materials, including pitch decks, datasheets, and customer case studies, to enable sales success.
- Drive the messaging and positioning for Managed Services, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
- Create training programs and resources to educate the sales team on Managed Services offerings.
3. Sales Enablement and Support:
- Partner with the sales team to identify and pursue strategic opportunities, providing expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in crafting customized proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Managed Services inquiries, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure Managed Services offerings meet customer expectations.
- Serve as a voice of the customer, relaying feedback to influence product and service enhancements.
- Partner with marketing teams to build campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of Managed Services.
Who you are...
Requirements and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on managed services or SaaS technology solutions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology or managed services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams.
- A strategic thinker with proven experience and passion for driving growth and innovation in the managed services space.
