Your mission
- Working on 2nd level customer tickets that will come with a huge variation of issues to be resolved - together with our dedicated teams (tech, sales, logistics, account, finance, ...)
- Analyzing the issues and coordinating the solution within 1NCE and our suppliers. Ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the resolution. If required, coordinating escalations with our suppliers and providing updates to the management.
- Assisting the sales team and customers to understand our product so can help them to integrate it successfully into their environment.
- Supporting our pre-sales team in customer requests by adapting our products to customer-specific environments.
- Having a passion for tech and not being frightened to simulate a customer setup end to end - beginning from the IoT device up to the server application.
Your skills
- You are proficient with BSS applications, API, and web interfaces.
- First experiences with Atlassian products, i.e. Jira/Confluence is preferable.
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme
- You are familiar with the incident and problem management (e.g., according to ITIL)
- You are good at finding small errors and irregularities in text, code, or digits.
- You bring first experiences with a ticketing system or customer support in general.
- You have a Hands-On mentality, and you are team-oriented.
- You have experience with programming languages to create scripts if needed (e.g., Bash, PHP, Python, Perl, SQL, etc.)
- You have good skills in MS Excel.
- Good communication skills
