Dominion Financial Wholesale is a business-to-business provider of residential mortgage loan products and services that serve the mortgage broker community. We specialize in delivering competitive mortgage solutions while maintaining a commitment to responsible lending practices.
This role will oversee and manage mortgage loan accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the loan lifecycle.
As the Loan Account Manager, you will be reporting to DFS’s Wholesale SVP of Operations and play a vital part in our continued growth and success. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to make sound business decisions while working with little oversight.

In This Role You Will
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mortgage loan clients, managing their accounts from origination through closing and post-closing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate closely with loan officers, underwriters, processors, and other internal teams to facilitate efficient and timely processing of mortgage loans.
  • Monitor loan pipeline and ensure loans are processed according to company policies, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines.
  • Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness, including disclosures, credit reports, income verification, and property appraisals.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their loans, addressing any issues or delays proactively and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing mortgage lending and servicing.
  • Handle client escalations and resolve issues effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, loan details, and communications.
