Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for a Wholesale Account and Customer Relations Associate.

The Account and Customer Relations Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Wholesale accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term, positive relationships. This role involves direct interaction with high-value customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric mindset. The team is in early stages of building business relationships; comfort with ambiguity and a strong ownership mindset is especially important.

This role reports into the Director, Strategy & Operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Customer Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management:
    • Process and track customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Work closely with the logistics and production teams to resolve any order discrepancies, including managing order tracking and the end-to-end returns process.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate customer records and internal trackers with all relevant details to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., sales, production, logistics) to resolve problems effectively.
  • Account Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Support tracking of key account metrics, such as order volumes, returns, royalties, and commissions.
  • Proactive Communication:
    • Regularly communicate with key accounts about product updates, changes in policies, and any relevant company news. Provide proactive solutions to help improve the customer’s experience.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Operations:
    • Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for customer engagement and to support sales efforts with key accounts.
  • Account Health Monitoring:
    • Ensure that key accounts are receiving the appropriate level of service and care, identifying opportunities for improvement and working to address any areas of concern.

What You Can Bring:

  • Education:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field, preferably in Wholesale or other B2B environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Familiarity with B2B Sales platforms (e.g., Joor)
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The annual base salary range for this position is from $68,640-$75,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
