Role Summary/Purpose:
The VP, Technology Program Leader- Digital Servicing is responsible for driving digital servicing initiatives across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. The key responsibilities include strategic program oversight, team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of digital servicing features to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. This role will manage a team of release train engineers and scrum masters executing on the Mobile Apps Train, the Vista Train, the SyPI Train, and the PayPal Credit Train.
It will be essential that this leader has a strong SAFe background, strong influencing skills, prior experience managing people and complex programs as well as a collaborative approach to building relationships in a cross-functional team environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and tactical program leadership and oversight across 25+ agile teams aligned to 4 Agile Release trains with a $30MM+ annual budget.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of highly motivated and skilled release train engineers and scrum masters.
- Collaborate and work cross functionally to drive execution of features that span across multiple agile teams with a focus on increasing NPS, decreasing call costs and driving digital adoption.
- Leverage Scaled Agile ceremonies to facilitate organization and collaboration across teams/trains.
- Partner with key team members (including Product Management, Architecture & Engineering, client functional leaders, and other stakeholders) to implement digital servicing features and provide ongoing communication through project execution.
- Foster a high-performance culture by coaching teams on agile best practices, quality releases, and metric-driven decision-making.
- Guide teams in change management, release readiness, and accountability for error-free deployments.
- Utilize metrics and reporting tools to improve team performance and decision-making.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of IT experience or, in lieu of a degree, 12+ years of IT experience
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience driving a rigorous program across large financial services or technology businesses.
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience

Grade/Level: 14
The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
