VP, Sales -- Securities-Based Lending (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic VP, Sales (Securities-Based Lending) Expert to elevate our sales initiatives and drive significant revenue growth. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for developing and executing compelling product strategies. As a specialist in a specific product or product line, you will play a crucial role in supporting client-facing roles across the organization and shaping the future direction of our products and services.

This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic product plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide expert product insights and support throughout the sales process, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy.
  • Lead the creation of new sales opportunities and cross-sell strategies in targeted market segments and accounts.
  • Develop and maintain compelling value propositions, product demonstrations, and pricing strategies.
  • Negotiate product and service terms with broad authority to drive favorable outcomes.
  • Plan and manage your own territory or account strategies, utilizing resources effectively.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Minimum of eight years in sales or product strategy roles.
  • Expertise in negotiating complex or high-profile accounts.
  • Strong theoretical sales knowledge and financial acumen.
  • Recognized as a product expert with clear value proposition skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding team development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
  • Proven influence and negotiation skills with senior leaders.
  • Solid understanding of sales procedures and market dynamics.

Salary range $150,000.00- $ 180,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
