$100,000.00 /Yr. - $150,000.00 /Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The VP, Manufacturer Relationship Manager manages relationships with boat manufacturers and brand managers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. They will identify client needs, offer solutions, resolve issues, and maintain regular communication. They will collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new manufacturers and repurchase agreements
  • Perform financial analysis and market research on boat manufacturers, brands and dealer networks
  • Draft and negotiate term sheets with counterparties
  • Prepare manufacturer write ups and present to senior management
  • Engages with relationship management, credit and operations teams to transition new client during onboarding process
  • Maintains ongoing communications with clients to ensure manufacturers, brand managers and dealers receive high-quality service
  • Identifies the business needs of clients and provides appropriate products or services to meet their business requirements and improve their organization's profitability
  • Help streamline operations within firms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years’ financial services experience; CS, RM, preferably sales, with a working knowledge of the floorplan financing business, its products, operations and sales functions
  • Prior experience and relationships working with one or more boat manufacturers
