What you will do: The Vocera System Administrator is responsible for ensuring successful and continued adoption of Stryker’s Vocera product solution. 

  • Manage multiple Vocera customers and databases: Establish and document processes for maintaining data integrity; Work with clinical departments to keep various database entities current
  • Manage Vocera servers including software updates, OS maintenance, backups, and collaborate with the customer on anti-virus, server monitoring and disaster recovery practices
  • Manage Vocera devices: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage the RMA process and spares pool, and document all processes
  • Train users to use Vocera effectively: Collaborate with the customer to establish, document, and deploy sustainable training processes for new hires, current employees, and refresher training
  • Deliver advanced training and support for super users and clinical educators and develop and deliver ‘train the trainer’ sessions to clinical educators to create a sustainable training process
  • Provide on-site and/or remote proactive support for reporting and resolving end user issues, including issues with Vocera equipment, database and training and answering end user questions

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology or 6+ years of additional relevant work experience
  • 4+ years clinical or Healthcare IT (HIT) experience required
  • Experience supporting the Vocera solution set and database required
  • Demonstrated experience supporting clinical end users through rounding and training in a customer facing role preferred
  • Experience with clinical workflow analysis and design preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Must be a US Citizen with travel up to 25% within the US and potential for international travel

$85,500.00 to $140,100.00  salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
