Virtual Assistant - Account Manager

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in account management to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure clients’ needs and goals are being met, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure the timely delivery of projects, products, or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Regularly update clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage client communication through email, phone, or chat.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for client meetings.
  • Perform data entry, CRM management, and client database updates.
  • Track client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and provide continuous support throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Work with the team to ensure all client-related documentation is up to date and accurate.
  • Generate and analyze reports on client account performance, including sales data and KPIs.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on account data.
  • Regularly assess account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct research on behalf of clients or internal teams.
  • Manage calendar and email communications for senior team members.
  • Assist with social media management or content creation, if necessary.
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in account management or sales roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally on phone calls and emails.
  • Solid organizational skills, with experience managing sales pipelines and analyzing performance data.
  • Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or social media management is essential.
  • Self-motivated, with a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
