Vice President of Strategic Initiatives

Your role as the VP of Strategic Initiatives will be instrumental in driving the company's growth, program development, and achievement of strategic objectives. You will contribute to the overall success of the organization by assisting the President in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that will shape the future of the company.

How You Will Contribute

• Craft and implement both long-term and short-term business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• assist management team with strategists, ensuring alignment and execution of company goals.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify new opportunities and potential risk.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and foster innovation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to drive continuous innovation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
• Present strategic plans and updates to senior leadership and provide recommendations for future direction.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects.
• Experience in strategic analysis, data modeling, and executive storytelling.
• Background in management consulting, tech strategy, or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, leadership, or a related field
• 10+ years in strategic planning, project management, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools and software.

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
