  • Shape and amplify the voices of CoreWeave’s executives, ensuring they are positioned as thought leaders through speaking opportunities, media engagements, social media and digital presence.

  • Partner with IR and finance teams to ensure messaging consistency around earnings, guidance, and market outlook.

  • Craft high-impact keynote scripts, shareholder-facing communications, op-eds, and media talking points for the CEO and executive team.

  • Guide the company's public voice during post-IPO scaling, ensuring communications meet public market expectations for clarity, consistency, and compliance.

🛡️ Crisis & Issues Management

  • Lead CoreWeave’s crisis comms strategy, including scenario planning, response frameworks, and cross-functional alignment with legal and leadership.

  • Act as lead comms counsel during critical moments: product incidents, market volatility, legal issues, workforce events, and more.

  • Develop repeatable reputation risk protocols in line with public company requirements and stakeholder expectations.

🗣️ Internal Communications & Employee Trust

  • Establish systems and rhythms for employee communication, including global all-hands, executive memos, internal change comms, and culture storytelling.

  • Partner with People and DEI leadership to ensure internal messaging aligns with culture, purpose, and values.

  • Support clear, consistent comms through periods of growth, change, and expansion—including global hiring and organizational scaling.
