As a VP, Enterprise Sales you will drive pipeline and predictable revenue growth aligned with our Company’s go-to-market objectives while maximizing customer value, and building and leading a strong, sustainable sales team. Reporting to the VP, Commercial Leader, you’ll deliver success by modeling, coaching and caring for our enterprise sales talent.  You’ll partner with senior leadership to define and execute an operating business plan to achieve revenue objectives.   You will drive revenue production and customer success through an experienced sales team, developing account strategies, pipeline growth and opportunity optimization.   The ideal candidate is an experienced business leader and talent coach with a demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvements and aspirational performance across sales teams.

What you'll do:

  • Build and execute strategies to drive revenue, growth and profitability across Lytx’s new direct customer base, aligning with the overall business objectives while providing long-term solutions and value to new customers through our products and services.
  • Build short term and long term predictable forecasts, take accountability of business unit financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and execute strategies to continuously improve Lytx’s world-class Sales team- focused on optimizing our sales model and centering on the operational aspects of managing a designated territory with clear goals, performance metrics, analytical insights, strategic planning, and consistent reporting processes.
  • Recruit and cultivate a skilled, dedicated, and motivated team to successfully achieve and surpass goals. This includes sourcing, hiring, training, managing, and inspiring a team of sales professionals in alignment with Lytx strategic objectives and the overall benefit of the business.
  • Build and execute strategies to continuously improve scaling through automation, process improvements and talent management to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain new customers within the segment.
  • Monitor the segment's performance against key metrics and KPIs, making adjustments as needed to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, marketing, product, finance, and HR, to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization.

What you need:

  • 15+ years’ experience in software/Saas full cycle sales, or related experience
  • Minimum 15+ years experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
  • Proven track record of building scale, leading high performing sales teams, and driving results
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach experienced sellers in all aspects of sales performance (both strategic sales and soft skills) to engage, develop, grow talent and drive results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize complex problems and provide clear, succinct solutions and options.
  • Likely requires significant (50%+) domestic travel

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$210,500.00 - $265,500.00
