Who are you?
As a Vice President, Consultant and Broker Relations (CBR), you will be accountable for the overall development and performance of our Consultant & Broker Relations Go To Market (GTM) strategy and market growth. This is most effectively done through establishing wide and deep relationships with strategic leaders at national consultancies and brokers along with developing effective engagement with local brokers across key geographies. Your strategic relationships and keen understanding of the consultant/broker community sets the tone for your team, our sales & client growth teams unlocking an increased understanding of our solutions and delivering continual growth for Personify Health.
This Vice President leadership role not only makes an impact in the market, it is also seen as an influential leader within Personify Health. Team management of Regional CBR Directors is one of the most important responsibilities; leading a team accountable for client retention, new bookings and market presence and influence. Additionally, this leadership role designs and runs programs that accelerate growth, drive scale and create high engagement within the broker and client community.
You are seen as a role model for articulating the total value and differentiation of Personify Health’s newly expanded capabilities within the consultant and broker community. You bring strong knowledge of the health care payor, administration space, along with well being and health navigation. The ability to connect with a broad range of contacts (generalists and SMEs) within the consultant and broker houses is critical.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
Overall, this leadership role excels at relationship management, strategic engagements and creating partnerships that drive mutual growth and value while building a scaled high performing team.
- Solution and market place solutions - Well being, Navigation & Advocacy and TPA services
- Building deeper knowledge across our commercial teams of the health care payor, networks, and vendor/point solution space, as well as how to position Personify Health capabilities relative to others in the market
- Developing and implementing specific growth, positioning and roadmap plans in an effort tosupport our sales colleagues in market
- Sharing demonstrated ability to build deep trusted relationships with key stakeholders at designated consultant and brokerage firms
- Providing strategic consultation that helps to best position Personify Health
- Navigating & leading cross organizationally to ensure deep understanding of market challenges and growth opportunities
In addition to overall deep knowledge of the health and wellbeing space, familiarity with Salesforce/CRM and other external consultant/broker identification tools is critical to success in this role

Qualifications
What you bring to the Personify Health team:
In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
- 10-20+ years of experience within Digital Health, TPA, and/or employee benefit consulting
- 10+ years experience working with brokers and consultants; demonstrated strong proficiency in building relationships, growing revenue and influencing buying outcomes
- 5+ years of leading and developing teams
- Demonstrable track record of success in consultative sales, consulting across buying centers - complex/multi-stakeholder healthcare services, benefits, and/or related services.
- Deep knowledge of employee benefits, self-funded employer groups, other TPAs, and broker dynamics; active and productive relationships in the brokerage community required.
- Familiarity and experience with CRM and other consultant/broker resource tools (Salesforce, BenefitPitch, BenefitFlow, etc.)

- Aptitude to solicit, analyze, and share feedback from partners with internal stakeholders to make necessary adjustments in strategy, approach and execution; be an active and informed voice communicating solution needs, gaps and opportunities
- Work with appropriate consultant/broker contacts and VP client management to help resolve client relationship challenges
- Navigation strength in working closely with sales and client success to ensure a seamless hand-off occurs when appropriate

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $205,000 to $250,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 40% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
