This role is a foundational brand leadership position—responsible for brand strategy, identity, campaigns, creative, messaging frameworks, and cross-channel consistency. You’ll guide how our brand shows up across the entire customer and partner journey—excluding ownership of the website, which sits under a separate team—and ensure that every expression of CoreWeave reflects the ambition, clarity, and innovation that defines us.
Key Responsibilities
🧠 Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own and evolve CoreWeave’s global brand strategy, including positioning, messaging pillars, visual identity, and tone of voice.
- Partner with the CEO, CMO, and executive team to translate business strategy into a differentiated, ownable brand platform.
- Lead development of a brand architecture that supports CoreWeave’s expanding product portfolio, verticals, and audiences (AI startups, enterprise IT, developers, partners).
- Define how the CoreWeave brand shows up across campaigns, investor materials, product marketing, field events, and sales experiences.
🎨 Brand Identity & Creative Direction
- Own the visual and verbal brand system, partnering with design and creative resources to scale the CoreWeave look and feel globally.
- Oversee production of brand guidelines, asset libraries, and toolkits used by internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and campaign teams to ensure on-brand execution across every customer-facing moment—digital, print, video, experiential, AR/VR, and beyond.
- Act as brand guardian across all channels and surfaces (excluding the website), maintaining consistency while enabling flexibility.
📣 Campaigns, Storytelling & Global Consistency
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to build breakthrough brand campaigns that drive awareness, relevance, and emotional connection.
- Partner with comms, product marketing, and demand gen teams to amplify brand moments around launches, partnerships, events, and corporate storytelling.
- Ensure CoreWeave’s brand is globally scalable, culturally sensitive, and adaptable across markets, languages, and customer types.
- Champion brand innovation—exploring emerging channels, content formats, and creative experiences.
🧩 Cross-Functional Enablement
- Enable all marketing, sales, talent, and partner-facing teams to be effective storytellers and brand ambassadors.
- Build and scale a brand center of excellence, including training, templates, creative review processes, and brand measurement systems.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies on brand campaigns, creative development, and event experiences.
📊 Measurement & Brand Health
- Define and track brand awareness, perception, preference, and consistency metrics, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Work with insights and analytics teams to benchmark CoreWeave against peer brands and category incumbents.
- Translate brand performance into actionable strategies that support both top-of-funnel awareness and long-term brand equity.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of experience in brand leadership roles within high-growth B2B tech, AI, cloud, or infrastructure companies.
- Proven ability to create and scale category-defining brands across global markets and technical audiences.
- Experience building cohesive, flexible brand systems that scale across channels, business units, and cultures.
- Strong creative judgment, storytelling instincts, and ability to translate business strategy into brand expression.
