About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking an Analyst to join our Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization to help drive the success of our Business Value Program. The Business Value Program is key to CrowdStrike’s overall sales and growth strategy and is focused on helping our customers/prospects identify, define, and quantify value in implementing CrowdStrike’s solutions.  This critical role will be responsible for supporting program initiatives and success.

This is a fully remote position & we are currently seeking top talent in North America. This position will report to the Manager, Value Strategy and Program.

What You’ll Do:

  • Articulate the business value proposition in a concise, focused message using language each internal and external stakeholder understands.

  • Maintain existing Value program assets and structure.

  • Support broader and wider integration of Value across the organization aligned to growing product portfolio.

  • Maintain various dashboards showing reportable metrics, KPIs, and dashboards shared with the Field.

  • Support Field enablement via targeted motions including webinars, playbooks, etc.

  • Provide technical and operational support to the field as relates to program tooling.

  • Support strong, cross-functional relationships with leaders to promote a “One CrowdStrike” experience for Customers.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and operations.

  • High degree of emotional intelligence and professional presence. Ability to own Team outcomes and articulate outcomes to leadership.

  • Mastery of cash flow and ROI financial metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback).

  • Deep understanding of various Sales Methodologies (MEDDPICC, Sandler)

  • Deep understanding of solution and value-based selling.

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $135,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
