We have a current opening for a Senior Labeling Development Specialist within our North American team.

Working under general supervision, participates on extended project teams to execute assigned tasks to support the development and localization of final packaging and labeling deliverables.
• Execute tasks within the scope of packaging and labeling development projects .
• Coordinate activities with project team members according to defined scope and
timeline.
• Perform quality control checks on packaging and labeling deliverables.
• Interface with external suppliers for outsourced work, including translation,
localization, desktop publishing, printing, etc.
• Communicate quality issues, process deviations and risks to key stakeholders and
management, as needed.
• Ensure final packaging and labeling materials meet all requirements set forth in the
labeling standard operating procedures and are appropriate for use by printing
suppliers.
• Prepare packaging and labeling materials for reviews and approvals. This includes
tracking changes, QA- proofreading and verifying content, and generating support
documents.
• Report status of activities to the key stakeholders and management, proactively alert
leadership if the schedule of individual activities is at risk.
• Ensure packaging and labeling projects meet defined specifications, regulatory and
quality requirements, timelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain Specialist Training Manual and all relevant training documentation
• Training & Onboarding of Specialists & PCs
• Domestic travel may be required
Requirements
Educational Background
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in related field
Professional Experience
- 2 years of relevant experience if a bachelor’s degree has been obtained.
- At least 4 years of experience if an associate degree has been obtained.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting on multiple projects
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to interact with external suppliers including specification of project requirements, negotiation, and quality
- assurance.
- IT: - Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, Beyond Compare, Document Management Systems (DMS)

Salary base range for this position is between $60K to $70K, dependent upon experience and physical location. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to the base salary.
