US Insurance Platinum Club Inforce Consultant

They maintain a dedicated relationship with our most important producers. The team is integral to the sales process and holds very strong relationships with our customers. Ownership is defined early in the process, and the team communicates directly and regularly with our internal and external Distribution partners as they work toward the desired outcome. The team provides support to our Distribution partners, management, and different areas of the organization. The team’s objective is to delivery the best service in the industry to help retain and grow sales while reinforcing John Hancock’s reputation for industry leading Policy Holder Service.
Position Responsibilities:
Communicate directly and regularly with Regional Vice Presidents, National Account Vice Presidents and external producers
Represent John Hancock on calls with Producers and Firms
Sustain the delivery of consistent quality service and reputation for the VIP Consultant team
Provide concierge service to your dedicated relationships.
Support management on various strategic projects that impact Producer experience
Identify and forward feedback for coaching opportunities arising from service experiences
Surface solutions which help to align or enhance our processes and procedures
Deliver training to Firms and Producers to promote knowledge of our products and services
In depth knowledge of our Products, Systems, Illustration software, Case Design, Policy Performance
Help to define ideas for customer centricity and identify opportunities for self service
Required Qualifications:
Over 6 years of experience in business/technical roles supporting operations or major initiatives; college degree or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of business processes and system support; familiarity with system analysis, design, testing, and process improvement.
Proven ability to comprehend technical systems and processes, with the technical knowledge to work at various user levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse subject matter experts and articulating business cases.
Capable of handling multiple demands, prioritizing work deliverables, and making critical business decisions while understanding and mitigating risk.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; confident in group presentations.
Strong complex problem-solving abilities and process improvement recommendations.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and good judgment.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills; capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Demonstrates leadership and initiative, with the ability to initiate change and influence across functional teams for seamless service.

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
