Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the leaders in transportation and logistics and build the future of freight. We are looking for an exceptional Adoption Specialist to join our team and make an immediate impact.

As an Adoption Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in Trucker Tools’ post-sale operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our customers are set up for long-term success by helping unlock immediate impact after the technical implementation process. This includes defining key customer success metrics, documenting operational processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing complex customer relationships. You’ll report directly to the VP of Operations. We’re looking for a strong, adaptable operator to join a lean team that is obsessed with delivering an excellent customer experience.
