Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Drive the successful execution of multiple transition and transformation projects, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled for Global Occupier Services accounts. Create and customize program plans establishing IPM process schedule; manage IPM transition progress.
- Success Criteria Documentation: Develop a plan and schedule to address all IPM scope and service levels, and set completion targets and identify the key success criteria.
- Program Viability Assurance: Ensure the program remains aligned with business objectives and within established success criteria.
- Contract Review Support: Conduct contract review and abstract preparation to support project execution. Become fully knowledgeable of scope of work, and KPIs.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and support/lead IPM service line meetings, including internal and client working and update sessions, to ensure clear communication and alignment, while also documenting progress and decisions.
- Risk Management: Work across service lines to identify interdependencies, risks and barriers and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure completion of transition requirements.
- Quality Delivery: Consistently produce high-quality, accurate, and valuable outputs that meet leadership expectations.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Identify and incorporate opportunities to improve the customer experience throughout the transition process.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication and collaboration with client peers throughout the transition process.
- Data management: Responsible for collecting, evaluating, and preparing data. Develops and refines process maps and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations. Generate and deploy best practices playbooks, templates and tools.
- Change Management Execution: Ensure organizational change management activities are effectively implemented to meet customer objectives.
- Staffing: Partner with account leadership to finalize organizational structure. Work closely with HR, Talent Management, and the IPM Platform to identify talent qualities of potential incumbent staffing as well as internal and external resources to fulfill new roles, ensuring the best transitional experience for staff, both to C&W and on account; establish a training and teaching program for C&W IPM methodology.
- Go-Live Support: Guide the team through the transition to business-as-usual operations, ensuring a smooth handover to the account team.
- Special Initiatives: Participate and/or lead GOS agile programs/initiatives relative to IPM service.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as required or requested.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- BA/BSc degree (MBA / advanced degree in business or other applicable, highly desired)
- General understanding of key Occupier service lines.
- Certifications, Licenses or Accreditations – preferred (Six Sigma, PMP Certification, PROSCI and/or other change management training)
- 3+ years in Transaction Management experience with an emphasis on setting SMART goals and objectives and then managing people, process and resources in order to deliver on-time, on-budget and to the required standard / quality etc.

- Strong communication and presentation skills – communicates actively and effectively with all levels of management both orally and in writing,
- Self-starting, self-managing, self-teaching with an outcome orientated disposition – able to work unsupervised according to assigned goals and objectives within the given governance and support framework,
- Technically proficient in all commonly used business software and applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet).
- Must possess analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze and interpret information, data, and related documentation.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
