Overview
As the Transformation & Project Execution Director in the Corporate Bank Divisional Control Office (CB DCO) Transformations & Project Execution team, you will become a pivotal part of our newly established global function. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving transformation, project management, and risk remediation across the Corporate Bank Divisional Control Office. You will collaborate with management across Corporate Bank and global partners to spearhead strategic change and address top priorities. By leading high-impact initiatives and fostering collaborative thinking, you will directly contribute to the advancement and success of our team and organization. What You’ll Do
Drive key global initiatives for the CB DCO, collaborating with various departments to deliver key priorities worldwide
Establish an outcome-oriented program portfolio with effective project governance, engaging with senior stakeholders and sponsors across functions
Ensure efficient project execution and global standardization, managing dependencies and adhering to regional and product-specific needs
Facilitate data-driven decision-making by managing information needs for senior management and external stakeholders
Take accountability for driving initiatives to success, contributing to the solution across the portfolio
Proactively develop best practices on business process re-engineering, project management, and multi-initiative management within the DCO
How You’ll Lea
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and functions across 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense
Engage with global teams and matrix organizations to drive front-to-back transformation and risk/regulatory programs
Build and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, the Business, and respective supporting teams
Skills You’ll Need
Proven experience in program management, transformation, and risk management within the banking sector
Strong leadership and management abilities to lead transformation and risk/regulatory programs
Proficient understanding of Corporate Bank products, services, and systems with a focus on client centricity
Excellent analytical capabilities and conceptual thinking with aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Highly motivated to drive change with a self-reliant and structured way of working
Ability to deliver the highest level of quality under time pressure
Strong team player, capable of working in virtual global teams
High attention to detail with the ability to detect and troubleshoot issues
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $170,000 to $280,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
