The Director of Transformation will drive the transformation of operations, systems and workflows to ensure contractual client metrics, internal goals and metrics, along with client service levels are met and exceeded.  Incumbent in this role will align with the VP of Operations to reduce operational variation in the field, promoting centralization and optimizing outcomes.  This role will align closely with the Customer and various cross-functional teams at Datavant.

You will:

  • Oversee migration and optimization efforts related to the account performance and operational strategies
  • Ensure best practices and lessons learned are implemented across the enterprise
  • Facilitate working sessions with inclusion of subject matter experts to manage change activities as identified by VP Operations
  • Facilitation of all Enterprise project management, committees, deliverables as assigned by client and VPO, as well as execute upon ad hoc projects that will reduce operational variation and promote optimal performance.
  • Embrace project lead responsibilities for new mergers and acquisitions
  • Identify and facilitate the collaboration of training, process improvement and quality initiatives to include reporting, MBRs, SBRs, etc.
  • Ensure ongoing communications and relationship building with client to support the enterprise.
  • Facilitate the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates and obtain customer approval
  • Facilitate and participate in the RAB-ROI Advisory Board and support the meeting build, minute review, presentation and follow up project management to ensure standardization and reduction of variation in processes across the enterprise.
  • Review, assess and provide resolution to all negative and neutral customer services surveys.
  • Maintain frequent contact with all levels of the ROI Operations Management team.
  • Provide exceptional time management skills to include being mindful of meeting deadlines, responding timely to emails and phone messages.
  • Analyze monthly regional budgeting and accounting reports to include Cognos to maintain adherence to annual budget and expenditure controls with emphasis on sales, compensation and site performance.
  • Analyze reports to ensure appropriate monitoring of financial performance and quality and explain any variances in financial data.
  • Oversee employee management to include, hiring, training, motivating, coaching, developing, disciplining, and terminating of associates within the reporting structure.
  • Other duties, special projects and work activities as assigned by the Sr. VP of Operations.

What you will bring to the table: 

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related area. Masters preferred.
  • Previous ROI and/or Project Management experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA Compliancy Regulations.
  • Highly effective communication/presentation capabilities of an intangible service to varied levels of decision makers within a healthcare facility from line managers to “C” level executives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • Strategic thinking & leadership skills
  • Must have the ability to make independent decisions
  • Must be self-motivated and possess excellent organizational skills

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $95,000-125,000.
