Essential Job Functions:

• The Trainer / Learning Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training materials across various platforms, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and potentially Articulate.
• Will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and collaborate effectively to create comprehensive, engaging, and effective training materials and curriculum.
• Also involves ensuring that training content is accessible and stored in platforms such as SharePoint for easy access by end-users.
• Will assist in process improvement initiatives to support business areas, including creating and maintaining SharePoint sites as knowledge repositories.
• Review and analyze existing training materials and content from various sources
• Combine and integrate similar content into cohesive, streamlined training materials and curriculums, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a unified approach
• Lead virtual training sessions as required, ensuring content is delivered clearly and effectively
• Gather feedback from participants and SMEs to continually improve the training content and delivery methods.

Basic Qualifications:

• Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and potentially Articulate or similar learning tools
• Experience delivering training both in-person and virtually
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Thrive in a collaborative and innovative team environment
• Experience using Microsoft SharePoint

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant certifications a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $46,200 - $85,800.
