Moreover, by continuously refining processes and leveraging advanced analytical tools, you contribute to operational efficiencies that elevate overall campaign effectiveness. What You’ll Achieve 
In this role, you can achieve significant impact in the digital advertising realm. Your expertise in ad quality verification and operational efficiency allows you to mitigate ad fraud risks and ensure brand safety effectively. By meticulously monitoring and optimizing campaigns, you enhance viewability and combat non-human traffic, directly improving campaign performance metrics. Collaborating strategically with Media Delivery and Account Management teams, you influence the trajectory of client campaigns with valuable insights that inform crucial decisions. Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in ad tech enables you to innovate new methodologies and tools, further enhancing digital advertising strategies. Ultimately, your role fosters client trust, delivers measurable results, and contributes to a more transparent and efficient digital advertising environment. 

Who You Are 

  • Campaign Management and Optimization: Successfully manage and optimize campaign performance with a focus on brand safety, viewability, and identifying trends in non-human traffic. 
  • Campaign Implementation: Implement client campaigns within stringent timelines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot campaign tracking, creative implementation, and reporting issues; escalate concerns to internal and external stakeholders as necessary for resolution. 
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Traffic Quality Manager to develop and refine processes, products, tools, and documentation that support team members and align with company goals. 
  • Team Support: Assist Traffic Quality Specialists and New Grad Program Associates by addressing daily process-related queries and coordinating learning initiatives. 
  • Vendor Management: Work with third-party ad quality vendors to manage campaigns, evaluate solutions, and ensure accurate reporting. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with Media Delivery and Account Management teams; provide strategic advice on campaign strategy, performance, and optimization.

  • Experience: Prior experience in Digital Media, Ad Operations, or Account Management is required. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Fraud Detection operations, third-party ad serving tags, publisher inventory monetization, and verification vender reporting. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify trends within data and optimize client campaigns accordingly. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential; experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus. 
  • Autonomous and Creative: Ability to thrive in an independent, ambiguous, and self-driven environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

Qualifications

  • Digital Media/Ad Operations/Account Management Experience Required 
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related environment, including computer forensics, media delivery, sales support, inventory and/or account management 
  • Knowledge of Fraud Detection operations, Third-Party ad serving tags, verification vender reporting, and publisher inventory monetization 
  • Ability to work in an independent, ambiguous, and self-driven environment 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends within the data to better optimize client campaigns 
  • Strong Excel skills 
  • SQL or Tableau experience a plus 

Salary Range: $52,000.00 – $65,000.00
