Role:-
Trade & Client Services Specialist - Full Time W2
Salary Range:-
$85,000 - $115,000
Location:-
New York City, HQ
Responsibilities:-
Understand and be able to relay to customers the onboarding process, aid customers in onboarding.
Approve accounts
Responsible for signoff on account opening (after Compliance completes KYC/AML/DD review)
Determine whether the customer meets accredited investor, qualified purchaser or QIB status.
Aid in account closings.
Investigate and resolve issues.
General support of all traded products.
Assisting with projects the team is working on.
Focuses on continuous process improvement.
Develop client relationships and provide first class service across the onboarding life cycle.
Tap into your investigative skills to find answers to client queries and solutions for client issues that arise.
Analyze and improve processes and procedures with an eye for reducing risk and eliminating repetitive effort.
Help influence client behavior to achieve superior operational and client service outcomes.
Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions to any issues reported.
Participate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes and business architecture.
Build an in-depth understanding of all trading structures from both a financial and operational perspective.
Maintain client records.
Share customer feedback across functions.
Escalate red flags, suspicious activity, and trends to the compliance team.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
3 years + of onboarding experience.
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy required.
Extensive client relationship support experience.
Thorough knowledge of brokerage/financial services industry, market mechanics, trading operations, audit, compliance, and general regulatory developments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivation and prioritization skills to meet business deadlines.
SIE or 63 & Series 7 required, Series 99 or 24 preferred.
