Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base + Commission (1st Year OTE $150k; 2nd Year OTE $180-$220k)

Typical Hours: Mon-Fri; 7 AM – 4 PM (flexible)

Our client specializing in smart control solutions is seeking a Territory Sales professional to join their team near Orem, UT. This role is primarily remote, with occasional office visits for onboarding. You will drive business growth across multiple sales channels, including OEM partnerships and manufacturer sales networks. Territory management and a solid technical understanding of lighting controls are necessary to qualify. This position offers hybrid flexibility with travel limited to about one week per month. Territory Sales (Remote flex; Lighting Controls & HVAC Solutions) Responsibilities
• Identify new businesses in lighting control and HVAC markets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
• Manage territory to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Present product portfolio, highlighting sales and technical aspects
• Provide technical support for client system integration
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer strategies
• Attend industry events for networking

• 3+ years of sales in lighting controls required
• Territory management experience is required
• Technical background or application engineering experience required
• Ability to travel up to one week per month required
