The Territory Sales and Training Manager ensures that the sales and training goals of the assigned business segment of Westone Laboratories (ProtectEar USA) are consistently met or exceeded. This is achieved by building strong relationships in the industrial and safety markets requiring hearing protection and providing impactful training programs. The manager works directly for the Director of Sales, CPE, to maximize sales opportunities and deliver training that supports new and existing business. They lead sales efforts within a multi-state region, identify new customers, schedule and execute earmold impressions, and conduct training sessions to support the organization’s revenue objectives. Additionally, they collaborate with Sales Support, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to ensure the Company’s quality and customer satisfaction standards are consistently exceeded.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:


· Drives sales by supporting the efficient implementation of accurate earmold impressions at customer sites.

· Actively works to develop leads and convert leads into long-term sales outcomes.

· Drives sales through outbound sales activities by reviewing data, identifying opportunities, and contacting prospective customers/providers.

· Develop short-term and long-term sales initiatives and efficient scheduling of appointments within a defined geography.

· Reports regularly on activities and actions to drive sales success, including client meetings, training sessions, and other sales-specific activities.

· Partners with Marketing to develop and execute marketing collateral to support sales programs.

· Prepares sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, including analysis of market trends.

· Meets and exceeds customer satisfaction requirements.

· Effectively communicates features and benefits of ProtectEar USA products to end users. Presents information and responds to questions from managers, customers, and the public.

· Assists the business with “House Account” management as directed by the Director of Sales.

· Networks with current and prospective customers to expand business potential across CPE geographies and with other CPE Team Members.

· Introduces new markets or innovative products through appropriate channels to generate sales interest. This may include presenting to clients or working with marketing to generate collateral for product features and benefits.

· Provides market trends and market intelligence to the leadership team when identified.


TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Conducts training sessions for customers and internal team members on product usage, features, and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction and sales proficiency.

· Develops and updates training materials to support product knowledge and sales strategies.

· Collaborates with the Sales Support and Customer Experience teams to identify training needs and implement solutions.

· Tracks the effectiveness of training programs and makes adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

· Serves as a product knowledge expert and resource for internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements

  

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:


· 5+ years of demonstrated sales success, preferably in the Personal Protective Equipment or healthcare-related field. 

· Bachelor of Science, or equivalent work experience in a Sales role required.

· Is comfortable with and can accurately calculate figures and amounts related to sales quantities, discounts, and fees.

· Solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables where limited standardization exists.

· Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical information, and procedures and write reports and professional correspondence.

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills required to include but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Salary Description $75000 plus commission Apply
