About your new role:

CommandLink is seeking a Telco Cost Analyst to join its rapidly growing company and team, with an opportunity to work 100% remote! The Telco Cost Analyst will be a part of the Cost Assurance Team and responsible for auditing invoices and reconciling charges within our proprietary software platform, pricing analyses and projects, and price negotiation (among other tasks).

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit invoices and reconcile coded invoices to database of record
• Process telco vendor disputes
• Communicating with vendors
• Updating internal database around costs
• Track and report dispute data
• Ad hoc projects

What you'll need for success:

• 5+ years' experience in auditing telecom invoices
• 5+ years' experience in the telecommunications industry
• Experience working with Telecom expense management systems
• Strong Excel modeling and detailed data analysis capabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with experience in independent research and problem-solving
• Highly organized and detail orientated
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure
• Passion for fast-paced, rapid growth environment
• Ideally, international experience / exposure

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.
