Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Technology Transactions Attorney to join our team on a contract basis. The role focuses on supporting innovative technology companies with complex commercial agreements, software licensing, data privacy, platform development, and strategic partnerships. Our clients range from emerging startups to established technology companies requiring sophisticated transaction support.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate complex technology transactions

• Draft and review software licensing agreements

• Develop SaaS and platform agreements

• Create strategic partnership frameworks

• Advise on IP protection strategies

• Implement data privacy and security protocols

• Guide technology regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active attorney license in good standing

• 5+ years of technology transactions experience

• BigLaw training/experience strongly preferred

• Demonstrated experience in software and technology sector

• Strong background in commercial technology agreements

• Experience with data privacy compliance

• Understanding of IP licensing structures

• Knowledge of technology regulatory frameworks
