Job Description

Technology Implementation Specialist will support our sales staff and customers as well as document and provide feedback to our engineering team. The Technology Implementation Specialist will also provide on-site, and remote troubleshooting, installation startups and training.

Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with system setup and configuration.

  • Remote and on-site troubleshooting.

  • Remote training and review of system operation.

  • Organized with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.

  • Document software and hardware issues.

  • Document warranty related issues.

  • Develop training materials

  • Support the sales process where technical consultation is needed to help sales prospect feel comfortable with technical information and reports.

  • Assist with testing, quality control and documentation.

  • Work with sales to create site layouts for monitoring equipment

  • Track and document incoming calls for failure analysis and escalation

This position is an individual contributor aligned with the Customer Success Team. The position reports to the AD – Technical Support.

Background & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must possess a valid U.S. motor vehicle driver’s license without restriction.

  • Excellent written, verbal and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Willingness to abide by all company policy and approval processes when traveling or purchasing company assets.

  • Successful candidate must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to a changing environment

  • Able to quickly build trust and rapport with customers

  • Time management and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Hub Spot or other CRM

  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.

  • Previous experience installing technical systems in outdoor environments

  • Ranch or cattle background to facilitate conversation

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:

$91,600.00 - $144,100.00
