What you’ll do!

As the Upstream & Fluid Management Sales Specialist, you will support all relevant call points across Bioprocess and OpCos where Upstream products are sold. Provide support to Account managers with expert product knowledge, training & support while working to generate sales from new and existing customers. This role should be able to evaluate a customer’s process to identify solutions and provide the necessary tools, information, and support to obtain additional sales and identify new opportunities.

  • Work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment to initiate the development of new business opportunities.

  • Support customer projects with application knowledge and product information, answering product inquiries and giving end-to-end solution presentations. As well as identify, design-in, and execute strategy for each key customer.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and seminars at trade shows and professional conferences. As well as track and communicate industry trends and competitive actions to provide expertise and advice to drive innovative product development.

Who you are !

  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences or Engineering with experience developing, specifying, or supporting manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical industry. Have deep understanding of Single-Use Bioreactor and Fluid Management unit operations. 3+ years of commercial experience selling into the large molecule bioprocessing space.

  • Knowledge of cGMP, validation, and regulated environments for bioprocessing

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentations skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong use of CRM tools

  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, researchers, and decision-makers in biotech organizations. As well as capacity to Problem-solve with the ability to resolve conflict, communicate issues, …
