Technical Sales Estimator (Australian Pump Supplier) - Work from Home- Day shift

• The ideal candidate's workstation should be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet not less than 25 Mbps.
• The candidate will be required to use their own equipment to perform the role.
• PHP 60,000 -75,000 per month. (Open to offering a higher compensation for candidates with relevant experience)
• 5:30 am to 2:30 pm, Manila Time, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

You will be reporting to an Australian Sales Manager, accurately analyzing project specifications and drawings, providing informed design recommendations, and supporting client engineers with pump system calculations. You should also be adept at maintaining organized records within CRM systems, addressing internal communications promptly, and ensuring confidentiality while driving efficiency in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret project specifications and drawings accurately for cost estimation. 
• Develop and submit technical proposals to meet project specifications.
• Able to accurately do ‘take-offs’ from project drawings to assist with product design/selection
•  Provide written design advice to ‘client engineers’ through calculations and recommendations on pump systems details when developing project design documentation
• Complete and track proposals and customer activity on company CRM ‘MYOB EXO’. Training can be provided.
• Address incoming video calls (staff only) and email communications in a timely manner
• Protect an organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Experience & Software

• 5+ years of experience in civil or construction estimating within the Australian industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in cost estimations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met in fast-paced environments.
