We're seeking a Technical Recruiter who's passionate about talent acquisition and building strong technology teams. At GrowthX, you'll collaborate with innovative companies and play a vital role in expanding our teams.
(This is a fully remote role. We ask for a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Pacific Time to collaborate effectively.)

The Role: Technical Recruiter
We're seeking a Technical Recruiter to source and attract top-tier technical talent, working closely with our CTO. You will develop innovative recruiting strategies, source candidates, help screen, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
to-Day expectations
Here's how you can expect to spend your time each week:
50% – Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels and platforms.
20% – Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
15% – Collaboration: Work with hiring managers and team leaders to align on hiring goals and strategies.
10% – Continued Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.
5% – Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of different strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Skills Needed
- Talent Acquisition: Experience in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting programmers, designers and researchers across various roles and levels.
- Communication & Coordination: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Industry Knowledge: Understand the tech landscape, trends, and skills in demand, allowing for effective candidate assessment.

- Technical Background: Familiarity with technical roles and programming languages.
- Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain a strong talent network.
